Terms & Conditions of McGreals Skin Clinic

When you visit

Please ensure that you arrive on time so that your treatment starts on time and doesn't delay the next guest. If you arrive late, it may limit your treatment, or the appointment may have to be cancelled — you will still be charged for a full treatment.

We love children, but we kindly request that you do not bring them to the clinic unless they are attending for consultation. This is a health and safety recommendation, and also a courtesy to other clients.

Cancellation policy

We are aware of the value of both your time and ours. We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice before cancelling, rescheduling, or changing an appointment, out of consideration for our staff and other customers.

A 50% fee of the treatment cost will be charged for any cancellation, rescheduling, or adjustment made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. All no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than three hours before the appointment) will incur a 100% charge of the treatment price.

24 hours' notice is required by phone or email prior to your appointment — please do not reply to text messages, as these cannot be received. Failure to give notice will result in that treatment being deducted from your pre-paid course, or a cancellation fee being charged to your card, with notification sent by email.

If you're unable to contact us by phone to cancel within the first 24 hours, you may email info@theannexclinic.com — the date and time of the email will be used as confirmation, and you can then call us during opening hours.

Using gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are only valid for in-store treatments and products, and must be presented when the treatment is chosen and purchased.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with government regulations.

As above, a minimum of 24 hours' notice must be given when cancelling a booking paid with a voucher — otherwise the full cost of the appointment will be charged. Please treat your voucher as cash: lost or mislaid vouchers cannot be replaced.

Tips & gratuities

All tips are entirely at the discretion of the client, and 100% of all gratuities go directly to the team member who served you.

Other terms to note

Winners of any competitions on our social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) have 28 days to claim their prize.

All monthly offers are to be availed of according to the terms and conditions attached to that offer.

Management reserves the right, without explanation, to refuse service to a client at their discretion.

None of the above affects your statutory consumer rights.

Submitting a prescription request, booking enquiry, or contact form through this website does not guarantee that it will be filled, an appointment confirmed, or a request actioned, until your chosen pharmacy or team has reviewed and accepted it directly. Where a service is shown as available only at specific branches (such as Optical or Skin Clinic, which are Blessington-only), that availability is accurate as published but should be confirmed with the branch directly before travelling.

Information about services, opening hours, and pricing is provided in good faith and kept as accurate as possible, but may be subject to change. Where clinical information is shown, the date it was last reviewed and by whom will be indicated once that review process is confirmed.

The McGreals name, logo, and the content of this website (except where otherwise credited) belong to McGreals Pharmacy Group. You may view and print pages from this site for your own personal use, but may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
