McGreals at Jigginstown: Construction Officially Underway
Minister James Lawless TD officially broke ground on the new 33,000 sq ft McGreals at Jigginstown healthcare and retail development in Naas, which will bring a pharmacy, a new GP practice, and a physiotherapy clinic together under one roof. Expected completion: June 2027.

First-Aid Bag Sponsorship Programme
McGreals supports local clubs and community organisations across Leinster with first-aid provisions. When McGreals Trim officially opened on Market Street, pharmacist and co-owner Julie Ann Marley marked the occasion by donating sports first-aid packs to Trim GAA, Boardsmill G4M&O, Trim Town Academy and Trim Celtic — one of many clubs supported through the programme.

McGreals Name Goes Over the Door in Mullingar
After three years managing Weir's Pharmacy in Mullingar town centre, McGreals bought the 66-year-old business outright as owner Niall Weir retired — with supervising pharmacist Niamh Scally, a Killucan native with over 20 years' experience, becoming a part-owner of the pharmacy she now leads.
