Terms & Conditions of McGreals SkinClinic

 

WHEN YOU VISIT

Please ensure that you arrive on time and so that your treatment starts on time so as not to delay the next guest. If you arrive late, it may limit your treatment, or the appointment may have to be cancelled. Please note that you will be still charged for a full treatment)

We love children, but we kindly request that you do not bring them to the clinic unless they are attending for consultation. This is a health and safety recommendation and also as a courtesy to other clients

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are aware of the value of both your time and ours. We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice before cancelling, rescheduling, or changing an appointment out of consideration for our staff and other customers.

A 50% fee of the treatment cost will be charged for any appointment cancellations, rescheduling, or adjustments made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

All no shows or last-minute cancellations (less than three hours before the appointment) will incur a 100% charge of the treatment price.

24hr notice required by phone or email prior to appointment. Please DO NOT reply to text messages as these cannot be received. Failure to do so will result in deduction of that treatment from your pre-paid course, or cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your appointment you will lose that treatment from your prepaid course or be charged a cancelation fee, this will be deducted from your credit/debit card, and you will receive notification of this via email.

  • Should you be unable to contact us by phone to cancel within the first 24 hours, you may advise us of your intent by emailing info@theannexclinic.com The date and time of the email will be used as confirmation, and you may then call us during opening hours.

Using Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are only valid for in-store treatments and products. If used for a treatment it must be presented when the treatment is chosen and purchased.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 5 years from the date of purchase since 2019 in accordance with government regulations.

Please remember: as discussed above, our staff and resources must be reserved in advance for your treatments, therefore a minimum of 24 hours notice must be offered when cancelling bookings paid with a voucher—otherwise the full cost of the appointment must be charged.

Please treat your voucher as cash. Lost or mislaid vouchers cannot be replaced.

 

Tips & Gratuities Notice

All tips are entirely at the discretion of you, the client, and 100% of all gratuities go directly to the team members that have served you.

 

OTHER T&C TO NOTE

  • Winners of any competitions on our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter) have 28 days to claim their prize.
  • All monthly offers are to be availed of according to the T&Cs attached to the offer

The Management reserve the right without explanation to refuse service to a client as they in their discretion shall decide.

None of the above terms & conditions will affect your statutory consumer rights.
