McGreals Pharmacy Group is an Irish-owned, family-run business led by owner and CEO Kilian McGreal, a third-generation pharmacist.

Our story

Founded in County Wicklow in 1961, McGreals has grown while remaining committed to its community values. Our experienced teams provide trusted healthcare advice, pharmacy services and personal care to customers across our locations.

We're passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of the communities we serve, and proudly support local clubs, organisations and events.

Today that means 9 pharmacies across Wicklow, Kildare, Laois, Westmeath, Meath and Dublin, plus specialist Optical and Skin Clinic services in Blessington.
