Serve with: yoghurt, granola, fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries work well!).
Method
1. Mash the banana in a bowl. Stir in the oats egg and cinnamon. Or, place all ingredients in a blender. 2. Heat a non-stick pan until hot and add vegetable oil. Pour and spread the batter around the pan. 3. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden. 4. Serve with yoghurt, granola or fruit.
