40g porridge oats
100g natural yoghurt
A drizzle of honey/agave syrup
Optional: add fruit, nuts and seeds. Frozen berries and bananas work well!
1. The night before put the oats, milk and yoghurt in a bowl and mix.
2. Refrigerate overnight
3. The next day, add the honey/ agave syrup and fruit.
Top with chopped nuts(optional)
