About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications and providing expert healthcare advice to the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescriptions in line with legal and professional standards.
• Provide advice on medications, including dosage, side effects and interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those set by the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
• Leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Supervise and support the pharmacy team.
• Deliver additional pharmacy services (e.g., vaccinations, health screenings where applicable)

Managing the day-to-day operations of the dispensary and store, including:

• • Stock control
  • Paperwork and administrative duties
  • Claim verification and submission
  • Store opening/closing duties

The Ideal Candidate

• Fully qualified and registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
• Minimum 1-year experience in community pharmacy (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised, capable of working efficiently under pressure
• Empathetic and professional in dealing with patients
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team
