McGreals is a family owned business established in 1961 in Blessington. MD Pharmacist Kilian followed in his Grandad and Dad's footsteps as the 3rd generation to take over the Pharmacy.

Expansion

Kilian opened another Pharmacy on Lower Main Street Blessington in 2006 and due to growing demand a third pharmacy along with a state of the art Primary Care Centre in 2016.
