PRSI Grant
In addition the Irish Government offers generous grants and rebates to assist in the purchase of hearing aids.
The Department of Social Protection offers a €1000 grant towards the purchase of hearing aids every four years based on PRSI contributions. All information and assistance will be provided to the client in determining if they qualify for this grant.

Medical Appliance Tax Rebate
Hearing aids are medical appliances and so are eligible for MED1 Tax Rebate of 20%.
