Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients. Serves 1

1 banana
60g frozen berries
1 tbsp porridge oats
135ml milk

Method

1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Add extra milk or water if the mixture is too thick.
2. To make sweeter (if desired) add some honey.
