For products that have been delivered in error we will refund the full value of those products and the costs of returning them. For products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement and refund you the cost of returning them to us.

If you return a product which you are unsatisfied with for any reason other than the product being damaged or delivered in error you will be only be refunded the price you paid for the product; no carriage will be refunded. You the customer are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

For your protection, we recommend that you always use a recorded-delivery service to return the products, as we will not process any refunds until we receive the products back. Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip.

Defender Heat Protection Spray 75ml 

Directions for Use: Shake well, Hold the can 20-25cm away from wet/dry hair and in sections, spritz liberally from roots to ends, and comb through to ensure the product is evenly distributed before using the hot styling tool of your choice.

Butane, Alcohol Denat, Propane, Isododecane, Isobutane, PEG-12 Dimethicone, Linum Usitatissimum Seed Oil, Parfum, Citral, Hexyl, Cinnamal, Linalool

Prep Talk Dry Texture Spray 75ml 

Directions for Use: Shake well. Hold approximately 20-25cm away from hair and spray accordingly on any areas where you want added volume or texture. Allow the product to settle, then massage into the hair or brush out. Can also be used to prep the hair and give added grip.
